Diagnostic Performance of ADC vs ADCratio for the diagnosis of Prostate Cancer: Α Systematic review and Meta-analysis

Overall, both ADC and ADCratio were of very good diagnostic performance for the diagnosis of PCa. In the TZ zone and with intermediate to low-risk cancers, ADCratio has better diagnostic performance. In the PZ zone and with intermediate to high-risk cancers, ADC has better diagnostic performance. Future studies need to evaluate the reliability of ADCratio among multiple centres, vendors, and imaging protocols.
